The facts are, he's not on a roster, and there is definitely a talent deficit for QBs in the league.

The precedent is that even the most reprehensible players wind up on a roster if they have the talent to be there.  We've seen murderers, abusers (substance and physical), racists, and others who have managed to land on rosters over the years despite their baggage.  This is no different.  The baggage may be a factor, but it's not the primary thing keeping Kaepernick on the street.

You can not tell me, or yourself, that Kaepernick isnt better than all 3 QB we currently have, and the vast majority of backup qb's in the league. Its just isnt possible to state otherwise and have a straight face saying it...

The guy put up good numbers when he played last year. There isnt anything to really use against him like the constant stinkers Henne or Bortles would put up weekly. He has always played pretty good football and the numbers support this too. If he was a bad qb there would be ample evidence of it....but there isnt because hes not.... Its a 100% blackball by the league and/or asking too much(which I doubt this late). You know he wants to be the starter and get starter money though.

I actually think he will get picked up this year though, not by us of course.
