Our Xfinity package 2 years ago was $265/month with all of the bells and whistles for 6 TVs, internet, and phone (I also got a $500 rebate card). Anyway, it's up to $330 now so it's time to cancel, go to DirectTV and repeat the 2-year switch (unless Xfinity matches the original offer and upgrade my internet from 105 (which used to be top of the line) to 150 (the new top of the line).

We do intend to cut the cord within a few years (when all kids are off to college) but for now having all the TV perks is a big part of our enjoyment & relaxation after stressful negotiations throughout the workdays.
