I watch a lot of what Trump calls, "fake news". Not once have I ever heard about "roving bands of bad cops". There have been the occasional bad apples, which you have in every profession and that's the cops people want brought to justice. I've never heard any reasonable person on CNN, Headline News or my local news indict all cops or even most cops. Saying anything different is just an attempt by the far right to incite more rage among the uninformed. If you've read something otherwise, check the tagline to see if it says, sponsored content. That is the real "fake news."
