Not sure where you get your numbers, but none of them are correct. Taylor ranked 5th in 2015 - Bortles 7th.

2016/17 Bortles is ahead of him.

Deep passes are usually 20-25+ yards. That's where my stats come from. Tyrod threw the highest % in 2015 and was one of the best at it. 

And no 2016/2017 Bortles is not as good at throwing deep as 2015 Tyrod.
