I dont think this is really known yet as it depends if the Bills keep him past the league year.
If they do keep him to trade - he's getting paid 16 mill and theres your number.
If they cut him (most likely and an almost certainty hes gone via either means) well, then the market dictates. 
Last year they essentially let his agent go have unformal talks and put out feelers bc they informed him they weren't bringing him back at (18 mill I think as well as the remainder of the contract kicking in) and he ended up coming back to Buff on a pay cut. There were rumors he could have gotten more from the Browns/Jets but chose Buffalo. I dont know if thats ture and in this day and age you certainly see guys usually go for the $$ but if it is and he doesn't - its another example how how much class he has..
