I'm torn on Manziel. Like I said, his deep sideline throws are so pretty, and often he hits his WR in stride. With even stats backing up how accurate he is on 20+ throws, its hard to say its just pure luck. As far as "fixing" him, do you want to? Part of the intrigue in drafting Manziel is the magic that he brings to the table. To ask him to curtail that would make him more ordinary. I think if you take him, you take him for who he is.

 

You fix a bit of his footwork, teach him pro-style offense and reading coverages, but you don't chain him to the pocket.

 

You'd live and die with his play style.
