He actually thinks the 80s and 90s War on Drugs was successful enough to want to go back to it. You don't think that's a deranged mind?

Do you remember DARE? That was the most ridiculous thing in the world.. that program taught me what drugs were in elementary school - great frigging idea that was - it made me curious to try!

And I kept my pledge to not drink, smoke, or do drugs...

Well until I was a teenager.
