To me there can be a noticeable difference in how some black QBs are talked about vs white QBs by some analysts. For instance , Winston being called a "dual threat". Watson being called "immature" and "not smart enough to learn a playbook". Just look at the discourse of Manziel vs Lamar Jackson.    

Of course there's tons of other factors that go into those discussions like height, size, arm etc etc but I think it would be naive to say race is never a factor in the NFL. Most of it is subconscious too imo.

Oh I'm sure there are a few, and that's with everything.  Racism will never go away 100% and that goes both ways.  But to act like it's some huge issue now days is a joke.  I remember more criticism for Manziel than I'm hearing for Jackson.  Where is all this horrible talk from the media about Jackson coming from?   Should of seen what the media said about Tebow when he was out there balling, taking over a 1-4 team to the playoffs and beating Pitt. in the playoffs.  Tebow got shaffted, and the media ruined his career, what about that?

Definitely not. Manziel got a ton of praise where as Lamar is being talked about as if he has to change postion to play in the NFL.  

Tebow's not in the league because he's not a good NFL QB at all. His best year in the league he completed 46% of his passes. He doesn't have good enough arm, very inaccurate, has awful mechanics, can't read a defense and is all around just a bad NFL QB.  I think you may be a little biased here...
