 Anywhoo -  There are clearly arguments to be made for going all in on the QB upgrade if you happen to believe in Kirk Cousins ( or Smith, or whomever)  and  you also think the Jags brass can keep the roster talent elevated given the ensuing cap issues. 

If you don't feel so good about those two things - there are arguments to be made for keeping Bortles and adding an up-and-comer in the draft to potentially unseat Bortles sooner or later. 

I'm leaning toward the latter as I would love to see the rest of this roster stay largely intact.
