Yeah, I have no idea why there are people so focused on replacing Poz with a high draft pick or high priced free agent.  Not counting the 2 games Telvin missed and the game he got injured in, Poz played on 35% of the defensive snaps.  Committing significant resources to 3 linebackers is not a smart team building strategy in today's NFL.  We need that nickel corner if Colvin (67% of defensive snaps) leaves.
