How do you figure he is a top 5 receiver? He was average at best in 2016 and didn't play this past season. His whole aura is dependent on 2015.

I want to keep ARob, but it is not unreasonable to think there are questions about his ability going forward. It is rational to presume that there is a limit to the type of deal he may get. I personally don't think he should get Top 5 money. If the Jags do, that's fine. But, if they let him walk, I get it.
