I'd opt for the kid from LSU who beat his time.
Why?
I don’t want to spend a pick that high on A WR. He’ll probably be gone before our second pick. 

Valdes-Scantling could still be there at our third pick (probably later.) He’s a bit of a developmental prospect. 
And I think 4.37 is plenty fast enough.
