Well, I disagree.  I think it's a good decision.   I don't think we should pay a "good" WR who's coming off an ACL injury $16 million for one season.   I think the money can be better deployed elsewhere. 

And yeah, "A-Rob was Bortles favorite weapon" during the season we were going 5-11 or 3-13, but he wasn't participating at all during the season when we went 12-6 and almost made the Super Bowl.
