Overpaying?  How are we going to overpay a WR coming off an ACL injury and a bad season?  We would be getting a bargain

So, track with me here.  The Jags probably negotiated, right?  And A-Rob seems to have turned them down.

Maybe, just maybe, the team refuses to overpay him and that's the problem.
