As far as resigning him goes, like I said, you cross that bridge next off season when it comes. But, I think he'd be very willing to work with this team and sign a team friendly deal. He's a home town Florida kid. Went to HS in Florida, College in Florida and now the NFL in Florida.

Big leap of faith to presume a young promising pass rusher would sign a team friendly deal Vs a ton of money on the open market. Rarely happens.

People on this board as obsessed with the mythical team friendly deal, every single player we have is apparently open to the concept of signing a team friendly deal because they are oh so willing to stay in the warm bosom that is the Jaguars organization. Colvin was supposed to sign a team friendly deal to keep playing in this great defense we have here, right up to the point where he cashed in $18 million guaranteed from the tinhorns.
