Mythical is the best way to describe it. Linder was extended as the highest paid center at the time. Telvin as one of the highest wlbs.  

It can happen sometimes with older vets who just want a roster spot and to win but not with young ascending players. Good luck trying to sell Fowler's agent on taking a team friendly deal *just* to stay in Florida.
