Thankfully,  Gary Kubiak didn't end up as the Lions HC.   The meltdown in Houston certainly caught my attention,  as I commented on it in the AFC South Forum of this MB when Kubiak was making erratic decisions.   Especially with his QB's,  

 

If Gary Kubiak got a clean bill of health and was hired as Lions Offensive Coordinator,  I would be more than comfortable with that.   Kubiak is probably better suited to be an Offensive Coordinator or QB Coach than a Head Coach.   At the very least,  I truly believe it would be in his best interest if he wasn't a Head Coach on any level in 2014.   Kubiak needs to take a step back before moving forward.
