It might cost a 3rd or 4th round pick plus depending on how far up you are talking.

Suppose we decided to trade with Cincinnati at 21.

According to a trade value chart, the 21 is worth 800 points.  The 29 (or 28b per Pirkster) is worth 640, a difference of 160 points.

That's the equivalent of our 3rd round pick (128 points) and 4th round pick (128)

Now for this particular draft, it may be cost prohibitive, in part because we'd have no picks from rounds 3, 4 and 5.

But the team doesn't think there will likely be any starting caliber players beyond round 3 anyway. 

They could always throw in a future pick (future 3rd) to lessen the impact on this draft.
If there is a guy they really want, that may or may not be too expensive to move up.
