If it means that for any NFL game played in London he gets the proceeds, then why would any team agree to play in London if they would surrender their home team gates to a competitor? Look at the quotes from the NFL. This is the Jaguars buying Wembley. The Jaguars, LLC is a separate financial org from Flex-In-Gate, and different from whatever financial org runs Fulham, and different from the one doing the shipyard (Iguana Investments). So the expenditure comes from Jags, and all the revenue will go to the Jags.
