Seems like a solid buy for Khan too though. I'm sure he profits like crazy when the Jags play there, and if he locks up the stadium it's basically securing that the Jags get at least a game there a season beyond 2020 when the contract ends. Not only is he profiting off the one time game there, but merchandise and exposure. 

It just seems crazy cheap as a bid, I am sure he will have to up the ante a bit.
