You can't attribute a noble cause to something inherently insulting and pretend that they're not disrespecting that person / group. 

Of course they're opinions are being suppressed. It's making their employers angry. If you owned a business, and your employees disrupted business and made customers angry for personal protests, you'd allow them to do that?

Black people silently protesting taking a knee during the national anthem against police brutality- " They shouldn't be protesting, they hate the military, go somewhere else with that crap."

End result- Confine all the protesters to a enclosed area where they cant be seen or heard and silencing their voice.

So, black people riot because they can't protest on someone else's dime? 

Police brutality isn't a systematic problem, so the protest is stupid and divisive. Do you feel entitled to the right to protest while under the employ of someone else?
