My friend was letting his pit mastiff Kilroy run at Huguenot Park one day, when it suddenly took off due west at full speed. He chased it but Kilroy was gone. After fruitlessly searching for two hours, my friend returned home, fearing he'd lost his dog. When he got there, he had a message on his answering machine informing him that Kilroy's head was stuck in a hole in a chain link fence behind which was their female pit, who was in heat, and over a mile from Huguenot Park.
