In 1863, Senators of the Southern states walked out and Congress was unable to seat a Constitutional quorum.

1913 saw the establishment of a private system of debt-based currency and the accompanying taxes owed by those who chose to use the money substitute.

In 1933 FDR declared bankruptcy and pledged all our lands and the lives of every citizen to international bankers.  We now operate under maritime (commercial) law rather than common (constitutional) law.

You think you're a sovereign citizen don't you?
