You can blame Mularkey for lack of adjustment if you’d like but Mariota had better first half stats and got injured later. What you saw as improvements later actually wasn’t and really it was just desperate improvisation. Once healed, they allowed him back into the RPO game and to select 1 of 5 plays. Left flat, dump middle, RB backside, TE seam, QB run for your life. But hey, good luck if they put it all on Mariota. AFC South is counting on it!

Yes you know so much more than me, you must be the biggest tacks fan on here to know that what i thought was mariota taking charge was actually the genius coaching staff of mularkey and robiskie dumbing down even more for their dumb quarterback. Guess the players calling for mariota to run his own plays were just trying to cheer him up. Thanks for letting us know
