It's not flip-flopping. Geez, you don't think the coaches change their minds in the preseason, as they get to see players more in game situations? Injuries to players also open up roster spots as well. If Marrone changed his mind about a player as the preseason progressed, because he got to see a larger resume' from that guy, while at the same time, an unexpected roster spot opened up, is he a flip-flopper? I changed my mind about Rashad Greene, Shane Wynn, Michael Bennett and Cody Davis as well. Why not criticize those picks? Isn't the preseason supposed to be used to evaluate players in game situations, in order to put together the best possible team? The more playing time guys get, the more information can be gathered and that's what I've been doing. Was I supposed to stick with my original guess after just one preseason game? That would be dumb. I'm not even guaranteeing this will be my final roster guess. We have another game to go and a lot of things can still happen.
