You said he had hands of stone in this thread. And that he had peaked and wasn't going to improve at 25 years old.  Still believe that? 
 In six quarters of football this preseason he's hauled in 8 catches for 106 yards and I don't recall a drop. 

He's about to have a major opportunity to step up to the plate, and I think he'll do well. 

I think we'll see Moncrief at X, Cole at Y, and Westbrook at Z in week one with plenty of the variations that Hackett has shown a willingness to sprinkle in.

Yes. I believe he will be our 3rd best receiver in terms of stats, at best. That's only if D.J. Chark doesn't pass him up before the season is over. That doesn't mean he won't contribute though. We don't need him to be a star, we just need him to move the chains when given the opportunities. If I turn out to be wrong, that would be great. I hope I am and I'll admit it. The Lee injury definitely gives Moncrief more of an opportunity to make an impact. Let's hope he takes advantage of it and has a great year.
