Taven is a back up currently. Getting like less than 20% of snaps.

And still getting pressures and highly graded in limited snaps.

You have to take into consideration who is complaining, and weigh it against their entire body of posting work here.  

In this instance, the complaints should be taken with a grain of salt.  

TB is a backup.  He is playing behind great players, and he's getting enough exposure to learn the speed and complexity of the game.  A year from now, when the potential exists that at least one of the guys he's backing up is no longer on the roster, his limited exposure this year will hopefully pay big dividends.  He's pretty raw, but you can see the athletic ability there.  I think he'll be fine in the long run.  This expectation that he's an instant impact player is just typical nonsense from the we demand instant gratification generation. Patience is a lost art for them.
