I was referring to some of who blame the inept offense for the defensive struggles.  I would buy it, it the struggles happened later in the game.  This team has gotten whopped like almost 50-0 in the first half of the last 2 weeks.

You do realize (well you most likely don't) that the defense actually held KC to 13 first half points even though 3 of those came when the offense gifted KC amazing field position because of a turnover right? Then Blake threw a pick 6. They held the best offense in football to 10 points in the first half even with the offense doing nothing.

The defense had a bad game against the Cowboys. Not debating that but my god... This offense puts them in terrible situations literally every game. Take yesterday for example.  They allowed 16 second half points. However looking a little deeper, it's pretty incredible. 47 yard drive led to a 46 yard field goal. -6 yard drive for the Cowboys led to a 32 yard field goal.  31 yard drive led to a TD and then a 15 yard drive led to a field goal. So a grand total of 87 yards given up led to 16 points. They easily could have given up at that point given the game was over but they didn't. The D was not good in the 1st half but consistently being on the field will wear you down.
