 Unless Tom Coughlin decides to retire voluntarily ,  I would be very surprised if Shad Khan decides to move on from Coughlin.  Especially, after the turnaround in the 2017 season.  Your concern though is valid.

I agree fully. I see it as such a complication moving forward. It's the reason this whole two GM thing just doesn't work.
