I have to disagree here.  The decision to bench Bortles and start Kessler is Maronne's and has to do with trying to win football games.  Head coaches do not make decisions based on fan attendance or potential personnel moves.  That's not their job.  Their job is to try to win games given the "tools" (players) that they have.
Not to mention, starting Kessler is very likely to have the opposite impact on fan attendance.
