Newsflash. They're all backups for a reason. You're not paying 21 million for Blake to be a backup. 

And Colt McCoy is just fine. Depending on how Kessler plays the rest of this year, he could start the season next year.

I know it's hard to comprehend that Blake may (and most likely will) be gone next year but the team needs to move on and I believe they will. So do a lot of other people including people close to the team.
