What is your basis for ANY of the emphasized portion?

His lack of character goes back to the Buffalo sitiation. The onfield product clearly shows he has lost control of the team and they aren't playing hard for him anymore. Keeping him around would be throwing in the towel for 2019.

Just my opinion. I'm just an observant fan. Time will tell.

With the talent on this team now, anyone who says a total rebuild is necessary would need his head examined.

Back in 2013, a total rebuild was absolutely necessary.

You could literally swap out the entire offense and their production  wouldn't miss a beat. We have no reasonable talent on the offensive side of the ball we couldn't afford to lose tomorrow.

Maybe arguments could be made for LF and a couple lineman, but outside of that...
