We are WAAAAY ahead of where we were when they did the tear-down and started the rebuild.   We don't have to do that again.

Yeah. I think most are in agreement.  It's not a rebuild. They just need to finish building the offense. 

They've got 3 out of 5 starting linemen, a couple of running backs, 3 receivers that need a stud added to the group, a decent TE that needs a counterpart, and probably a decent back-up QB that could hold a place while a rookie develops. 
Finishing that up through the draft and a budget-strapped free agency period will be tough, but they can get most of it done.
