A claim made last week by the Texas secretary of state — that 95,000 registered voters had a citizenship status that could not be determined — appeared to fall apart on Tuesday when local election officials said many of the people were known to be United States citizens.
This story and your post are misleading. Just like many of the other voter fraud investigations, some errors were discovered that showed double counts and even actual citizens on the inelegible list. Errors happen when humans are involved. Even by your own story,  those errors have accounted for 400 out of 95,000 so far. I'm sorry but .42% does not equate to "falling apart." Fraudulent voters are fraudulent voters are fraudulent.
