Give me reasons why he'd want to come here over teams with a stable QB situation.  That's what we're really talking about.

 He's going to get offers from teams with QBs that he sees as desirable to play with. 

The Jags can only say "you're going to be playing with one of these three rookies." 

Why would he want that??

If the Jags sign a FA QB he'd want to work with - then they simply can't afford to pay Brown. That's not debatable.
