Exactly this...Kingsbury believes that Murray is the type of QB he needs for his system to work.  He and Rosen aren't anything alike.

If you were a coach and had a square peg you were trying to fit in a round hole (Rosen) but had the opportunity to fit in a square hole instead (Murray) which would you pick?

Most would say change your peg (scheme) to fit with Rosen. But if you believe the speculation, Kingsbury doesn't want to do that.

I'll eat my words if this isn't the case, but Kliff Kingsbury is going to be a disaster, and Steve Keim will mightily regret catering to his every whim.
