The front office made a lot of blunders last offseason. Bortles was the big one, but so was signing Moncrief and letting A-Rob go.

Can we stop with this. Numerous reports have come out that A Rob was done with Jags and didn't want to stay despite them matching the Bears offer. Maybe it was because the Jags decided to keep Bortles, but I think it was more issues with the front office.
