Considering I am both a Jaguars fan and one who has [BLEEP] about a pick or picks, I'm not judging.

It means one or both of the following:

1)  You can't please all of the people all of the time;

2)  The Jaguars have made picks that have given us Jaguars fans plenty of reasons to [BLEEP], sad to say.

Hopefully, we have another draft this year equal or better in caliber than our 2016 class.  Hell, I want the Jaguars to have a class this year better than the 1974 Steelers class.
