What you and Jalen are missing is his stance is not about talent.  It is not about being ready.  It is about TEAM!  Jalen and Telvin not being here makes a statement whether you realize or acknowledge it or not.

Coughlin is absolutely out of touch.  In what way?  How he views team or how the game has changed?

Also you are highly overrating the impact of Telvin and Jalen not being there, it will have zero effect on the season. I bet if you polled their team mates they'd  say "sure it would be nice to see them, but as long as they're ready it doesn't matter"   I don't disagree with you and at the same time totally disagree with you.  Team building is important and at the same time it does not affect how one performs individually as part of the collective.  Winning is all that matters in the end but at the same time the journey also matters.
