Ratings should be taken with a grain of salt as they are just someone else's opinion, but NFL.com did indeed rate OJ Howard higher as a prospect than they are rating TJ Hockenson.

Yeah, I guess it depends on whos ratings you look at. He has Jeffrey Simmons rated higher than Nick Bosa and he is coming off an ACL injury lol
