I pretty much see Westbrook and Conley rotating as the #2 WR with Lee working mostly in the slot where he seems to have some success on his crosses and can get physical inside with his blocking. It's tough realizing Lee is costing us $9 mil this year, but the way his contract was structured there's nothing we can do but keep him at that cost. According to Jimmy Smith, he feels DJ Chark has #1 WR traits and the tall WR should develop outside where he used to play at split end.


At TE you forgot about O'Shaughnessy. There's also a first-year player from Florida Intl named Pharoah McKever I never heard of.

It looks like Swaim is going to be the guy with O'Shaug coming in as more of a receiving specialist. Koyack will probably come in more as a #2 WR when they need an extra blocker, and Oliver will pretty much backup O'Shaug until he learns to block and can threaten to start. 
 

Oliver will be utilized immediately in the passing game. 

In fact, I'd wager the snap count order will rank thusly:

Oliver
Swaim
O'Shaugnessy  
Koyack (if he makes the roster)

O'Shaugnessy is valued on ST as well, and I'd wager that was a big part of him being re-signed. I don't think he figures prominently into offensive plans. He's a ST guy and a depth TE.

I'm totally cool with the TE group and the WR corps.  I think they'll do well with Foles and DeFilippo.
