I'd prefer to put  it this way: Team needs a much better passing attack...so the team makes a major upgrade at QB.  I don't understand why anyone would complain about that.

It's that same as the developmental QB paradox:

Fans: This team never drafts a developmental QB

Team: Takes 6th round QB

Fans: NOT THAT GUY!!!!!!!!!
