Jaguars left tackle Cam Robinson has been removed from the physically unable to perform list and will be back on the practice field Monday. Robinson tore his ACL in Week 2 of the 2018 season.

I'm confused.  Didn't Doug just say that he would probably not be ready by Week 1?  Are they just being cautious and waiting to see what he does, or is this new news?

I think this is new news.  According to Mike DiRocco,

"Marrone said he can't answer why that changed so drastically. "This morning I was told something different," he said. "Now I'm happy.""

So, I think this means that maybe Cam has a shot at starting the season.
