It's pretty crazy, even MJD commented on it, how on a roll out to his right his motion is tight, quick, and he puts the ball on the money but he can't do it standing still. Which screams a mental issue over physical. 

If he figures that out in the next 5 years as a backup, he could still have a successful career as a starter

Even if he fixes his motion he has a mountain of other flaws that needs fixing before he's close to being a successful stater
