When one is a really bad INT and the rest are checkdowns or forcing it to the same covered guy, even a hospital ball, it's worthy of note.

That INT was a case of Foles trying to make the pass by putting it in a place the DB shouldn't have been able to make the play. He did. That happens sometimes in the NFL, the other players get paid too.
