It's pretty clear the front office is incompetent or just plain stupid when they decide, arbitrarily, to gift a QB with 3-4 extra million dollars to make him feel good about himself. Whereas players that actually play for your team and work their butt off get nothing.

It's a business. He wasn't worth what they paid him.. so at the end of the day it's a terrible business decision.
