It's a business. He wasn't worth what they paid him.. so at the end of the day it's a terrible business decision.

Yeah, You're making up numbers. No one actually knows what the nearest offer was and free agents routinely get grossly overpaid. Whether he got $50 mil guaranteed instead of $42 mil guaranteed ain't gonna' break this franchise. 

 I've got plenty of gripes with the front office. Foles and his paycheck ain't one of 'em.

There was definitely other teams interested. If you remember the Eagles were thinking of tagging him and keeping his a backup and then Foles asked them not to. Denver were interested but thought he was going to stay and traded for Flacco before he asked to leave. I think Oakland may have been in the mix and Washington but they got Keenum.

And I do remember someone from the FO saying they paid Foles a few million more than they could have so he would feel respected.

I'm loving Minshew Mania but did you see the throw he got injured on? The guy is a SB MVP! I agree, let's give him at least 1 full Q before we judge the guy and call him.a bust.
