Not in the least. On the contrary, I found that to be the most honest statement made. What wasn't said, though, was he will never be ready again.

I missed the post that was quoted.  But yes, that statement pretty much told me he’ll be gone for a while.  It’s now a chess match between the two teams.  Jags trying to keep his value and Ramsey only hurting it.
