First round draft picks from his first 3 drafts are no longer on the roster and those were picks  2, 3, and 3. His 1st round pick from his 4th draft will soon not be on the roster. We will literally not have any 1st rounders on the roster from any Caldwell drafts soon.

Guy is pure trash. The fact he has a job is astounding.



Only 12  players from the entire 2013 and 2014 1st round are still on their original team.
