Could Tony Khan replace Tom Coughlin?

Speaking of whether or not Tony Khan could replace TC, has anyone ever seen a job description of Exec VP of Football Ops?  (The Jaguars version of the job, of course.)

I don't care what you THINK it is, I'd like to see some sort of official or published version of a job description, if there is one.
